Pickles, Chutneys and Preserves

Our own award-winning range of chutneys and preserves. Using traditional recipes, some of which date back to the 1890s, with only the finest ingredients, our products are made in small batches to create a unique 'home made' taste.

Larger than a cottage enterprise but still using the original recipes and small-batch production methods, their chutenys offer high quality and good value (300g).

Fruit purees are used throughout Europe as an accompaniment to cheese, often as an alternative to fresh fruit. These are made in the West Country in small batches, using only natural ingredients (113g).

7.5 per cent truffle oil gives a powerful truffle hit: particularly good with salty ewes' milk cheeses (100g approx.)

A special honey made by bees from the nectar of the Manuka plant. Greater antibacterial and antimicrobial properties compared with regular honey (225g).

Pure, natural honey from hives in Oxfordshire (340g).
