9.30am to 5.30pm to talk through your order to take advantage of
cheeses in peak condition and for cheeses back in season. We can
help with choosing a balanced cheeseboard which will impress your
diners and give advice on how best to store your cheese. Simply

Setting
up an account.
To set up an account please telephone 0208 977 6868. We operate
a strict policy of payment within 30 days of invoice.

Placing
an order
There are several ways to place an order:
- Simply telephone us on 0208 977 6868and talk to one of our
cheesemongers
- Arrange for one of our cheesemongers to call you at the same time
each week
- Send us a fax on 0208 977 1141 or e-mail us
- Place your order on this site using our shopping basket. Any
discounts will be applied to the prices shown when we invoice

Delivery
options
Orders are despatched Tuesday to Thursday for next day delivery throughout
the UK. All deliveries sent by courier cost £8.50 unless the
order is over £80 (in this case delivery is free).

Catering
cheeses
We have a range of cheeses suitable for catering such as 1kg chevre
logs, Gruyere King Cuts, 1kg Feta blocks, catering Brie's, block
cheddars etc. These are not featured on our internet site so please
contact us for details.

Cutting
service
We can send cheeses whole or we can cut cheeses ready for your function.
We do not recommend pre-cutting cheeses into sizes smaller than
220g since they will dry out so this service is not suitable if
you are going to 'plate your cheese'. It is ideal, however, if you
intend to place a cheese board on each table.

Export orders
We send our farmhouse cheeses to countries all over the world. However,
every country has their own import regulations which must be complied with.
Some allow cheeses straight through customers only if they are for personal
consumption whereas cheeses for commercial use are subject to stringent
controls.
A large amount of work is involved in preparing cheeses for export
and it is only viable for larger or regular orders. We are happy
to work together with buyers to ensure that all consignments arrive
