Gorwydd Caerphilly
Caerphilly was traditionally eaten underground by Welsh coal miners
in cake-like wedges.Gorwydd, unlike most Caerphilly's, is matured
for around two months giving a richer flavour and creamier texture.
Colston Bassett Shropshire
Blue
Similar to Stilton but with an orange colouring - never actually made in
Shropshire. Medium blue flavour with a firm, creamy texture.
Kirkham's Lancashire
A 'Tasty' Lancashire made with the curds of three consecutive mikings.
Crumbly texture with a tangy flavour.

Made using the milk from the Gloucester cow, Single Gloucester is
