Since cheese is a perishable product it is important
to ensure that someone will be in to receive the parcel. If the
order is a gift then please let the recipient know when it is due
to be delivered. It is possible to specify safe place where the
order can be left, just in case the person has to 'pop out', but
this is at your risk. Alternatively, why not consider sending it
to their work address or to a friend or neighbour who you know will
be in.
